"Dealing with the damage paperwork was such a pain"
The whole damage paperwork thing was way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to keep chasing down forms, explain the same stuff more than once, and even then the replies I got weren’t very clear. It just felt like the process was all over the place, and I was left doing way too much back-and-forth

Booking was simple overall, but a few pages loaded sooo slowly and some parts felt a bit confusing. Not terrible, just could be smoother.

I had a hard time getting through the self service setup. The steps just weren’t very clear to me, and I kept going back and forth trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next. Maybe it’s straightforward for other people, but something about it felt frustrating and not very intuitive.

I booked roadside assistance and, unless I somehow missed something, I was left waiting for ages without any real updates. It was stressful being stuck on the side of the road and not really knowing if anyone was actually on the way

"Because who doesn’t love a sketchy trailer?"
I hired a trailer from moveyourself.com.au and didn’t feel great about using it. The lights were playing up and one of the straps looked like it had already lived a very full life. Once it was loaded, I really didn’t feel safe driving with it. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t seem particularly fussed, which was super reassuring, obviously. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Got It Paid, Just Took a Minute"
I was trying to finish up my payment and thought it would be quick, but it ended up taking a little longer than I expected. There were a couple of moments where it felt a bit clunky and I wasn’t totally sure if it was going through. I waited it out, though, and in the end the payment did go through fine. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest one either.

I’m always a bit careful with bonds and deposits, so I made sure to keep my paperwork and photos just in case. Thankfully, I didn’t need to chase much at all — the deposit came back quickly and everything was straightforward.

I had to reach out to support and follow up a bit just to get my booking canceled. It did get sorted in the end, but I wish the process had been a little simpler and more straightforward

"I got my refund after a few days..."
I got my refund after a few days, so overall it was fair. It wasn’t instant, but it did get sorted without too much hassle. Weirdly, I remember checking the status while eating a banana that had a sticker from Ecuador on it, and then the refund showed up not long after.

"Flexible Drop-Off Was a Big Help"
The trailer worked out fine for what we needed, and I really appreciated that the drop-off time had some wiggle room since we ended up running behind with packing. Booking was straightforward too. The only thing was the drop-off instructions sounded a little unclear at first, so I assumed I might be missing something and had to double-check. Overall, not a bad experience, just could’ve been a bit smoother

The trailer wasn’t in great condition at all. The straps were dirty, the tyres were basically bald, and the whole thing just felt unsafe to use. I didn’t feel comfortable with it, sooo that was a disappointing experience...
